The Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center is about men and women working together toward a common goal. That goal is create a place that enhances the lives of seniors through programs involving education, exercise, social activities, health and communities service in an environment that provides opportunities for seniors to remain active and self-sufficient.
We are a non-profit organization, receiving no federal, state or local government funding. Our center is support entirely through private donation from foundations, local businesses and individuals. We succeed through the support of many volunteers that give their time and talents.
In the past year, we have:
- Expanded our Meals on Wheels program, reaching more of the community
- Expanded our building, relieving overcrowding and overlapping events
- Expanded all programming – fitness classes, social programs & outreach programs
There's a lot more to be accomplished, and we need your help. We are welcoming and friendly. We are your neighbors, and we share many of the same concerns you do.
But that's not the only reason to take part. Our impact on the community depends on you. We need your help to ensure that our area seniors age with dignity.
Volunteering doesn't mean a huge time commitment. Won't you join us? It's easy and it really makes a difference!
