What We Do
We do many things here at the Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center as our mission is to facilitate active aging and enhance the quality of life for older adults in our communities. We provide services and resources to seniors, homebound and those in need, through our Meals on Wheels program. We also provide Pet Meals on Wheels to our homebound members. We have many social activities going on all week throughout the Center. These include card games, exercise classes, group games, educational seminars, arts & crafts classes, daytrips, and much more. Meals on Wheels
BSBAC delivers Meals on Wheels Monday through Friday to various parts of Western Comal County. Frozen meals can also be delivered for the weekend or holidays. Our home delivered meal program provides hot and nutritious meals for anyone who is homebound and qualifies for our program.
To qualify you must be:
- 60 years of age or older
- Unable to prepare a meal or have one prepared
- Homebound
Others with special needs may be eligible if funding is available or they are unable to go to a senior nutrition center for lunch.

Pet Meals on Wheels
Research shows that seniors with pets are less likely to exhibit depression, report feelings of loneliness and experience illness. By providing assistance with feeding, veterinary care and more; we help to alleviate some financial and physical burdens to an animal loving senior, with limited access to food. Through grants and donations we hope to grow our Pets On Wheels program to assist our homebound seniors in taking care of their furry loved ones.
Center Activities
We have many different activities held weekly here at the Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center outside of our Health & Fitness classes. All of these activities are included with your Annual Membership. These activities include card games, bingo, bunco, wood carving, arts & crafts classes, lunch & learns, karaoke, fellowship lunch, table tennis and more. We are always looking for new and fun activities to provide here at the Center, and are expanding our schedules all the time.

Facility Rental
Book our facility for your next business meeting, anniversary, birthday party, or other event! In addition to the large spaces and excellent sound & video systems, you get access to our fully equipped kitchen.
